I am allergic to dairy and try to steer clear of synthetic vitamins and minerals due to past issues. These seem like a perfect supplement - wholefood ingredients and containing vit k which is essential for calcium metabolism. My only qualm would be that you have to take quite a lot to reach the RDA, and thus they are expensive.

Received this product in perfect order. Haven't noticed major difference. Feel more energetic since taking it.
