I had been looking for l-Theanine for quite some time and due to my adhd I struggle with just adding more and more pills so I was glad to finally gind cjewables. Not only do they taste great but I also feel better! I feel like I have been having more energy and I love the quality of it. Not too many other filler ingredients and a good size (you have to take 2 a day) so this will last you a month. Packaging is sealed tightly and didn't come damaged either. It's a good addition to a balanced diet and helps greatly with nerves so far. I'm way more relaxed! Will def get this as a staple supplement every month now

First I want to say that I take these to help me sleep and they really help with that. But the ginko makes them a little bitter. So they aren't super yummy but not so bad that I can't get through it. I haven't taken them long enough to know if the ginko mashes a difference yet.
