As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime with 8 to 12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare provider. Allow the tablet to dissolve in the mouth. To assess tolerance, start with a half tablet.

It is not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions consult your doctor before use. If any adverse reaction occurs, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. Do not drive, operate machinery, or consume alcohol when taking this product. Limit use to two months with a break of one week. It is not intended for use by people under the age of 18. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use it if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
