Quercetin is an excellent mast cell stabilizer that keeps migraines at bay so I can eat some of my favorite foods. The added bromelain enhances the absorption of quercetin to decrease inflammation including allergic reactions, increase oxygen in tissues and scavenge free radicals. Good quality product that has greatly enhanced my upper respiratory function as well.

I bought this supplement after watching a lot of videos that mentioned Berberine for controlling weight and glucose levels. I've noticed a significant decrease in my food cravings and I feel fuller more quickly. The value of the price for this quantity is great too! I've not noticed any aftertaste after taking this, and I've taken it on an empty stomach with no problems. I am waiting to see long-term results of this supplement, but I believe I will be purchasing this again.

This is a great product for immune support and the concentration is excellent. I have used this product for 25 years instead of antihistamines for my allergies, recommended by a physician.

Wonderful product to take for immunity and other issues. Quercetin is an ionophore which helps vitamin C and zinc be absorbed into the body better. Bromelain is anti inflammatory. A nice combination.
