What customers say
Customers highly praise the Arnica product for its effectiveness in relieving pain, bruises, swelling, and muscle soreness. Many users appreciate its dual format—cream for topical application and pellets for oral use. The cream is noted for providing temporary relief from sharp muscle pains and minor injuries, while the pellets are convenient for managing overall pain. Parents find it useful for treating their children's bumps and scratches. Some customers prefer it over over-the-counter pain relief pills due to its natural composition. However, a few users mentioned that it requires frequent reapplication and may not be as effective for joint pain. Overall, the product is valued for its quality, ease of use, pleasant smell, and packaging.

Natural, gentle, and effective for active kids!

I use this for my daughter who trains in sports four times a week, and it really helps with her sore muscles after practice. The cream absorbs quickly, feels soothing, and she says the pain goes away faster. I also like that it’s natural and gentle, made with arnica instead of strong chemicals. Many people online mention it helps with bruises and swelling too, and I agree — it works great for everyday aches.

I have chronic muscle pain as a result of an old injury, and this product is what I use daily. I appreciate the bonus homeopathic pills for anything from a headache or if there has been a fall where more bruising is deeper under the surface.

Boiron Arnica, both products really help with my arthritis. The value pact is great. The ingredients are clean and I've Arnica for years. Good price at iHerb, especially value pact. I use the cream every morning and at night. The small pills melt in your mouth. I really recommend this dual pact.

Boiron Arnicare is the Best
Verified purchase
WOW! If you have never used arnica cream, you are missing out! This cream is a huge benefit to your skin due to its immediate ability to reduce pain, swelling, and bruising. I originally purchased for my son who was having growing pains in his legs, and it provided much relief for him so he could sleep and then go hiking in the mountains the very next day. Our camper door had my finger in it when it closed and shut tight. Immediate OUCH! My son grabbed the arnica cream we had used on his leg aches and told me to put it on my finger. I did and the pain was gone in less than 2 minutes. There was barely any bruising and no swelling. I was amazed. The Bioron cream is exceptional in quality.

The quality of Arnicare Pain Relief is exceptional. It’s made from high-quality, natural ingredients, and the formula is free from artificial additives and preservatives, which is important to me when choosing a homeopathy remedy. What I love most about this product is how quickly it helps with bruising and swelling.
