Pretty strong herbal immune support formula. It’s one of those traditional blends you take when your body feels run down or during cold season, not really something you think about day to day. I’ve used it and it didn’t feel like a “you instantly notice it” supplement, but more like something that supports your immune system in the background over time. With consistent use, especially during periods of stress or seasonal changes, it seems to help you stay more stable and less likely to get hit hard by small infections. The formula itself is solid, a mix of classic immune herbs like astragalus, echinacea, eleuthero and reishi, so it’s not random filler stuff. Overall, I’d say it makes more sense as a longer-term support supplement, especially if you’re someone who tends to get sick easily or feels run down often. In a household where we have 3 generations spanning from children in their formative years to grandparents almost 90 years of age it is of paramount importance to keep everyone healthy. This formula works. Often times our little ones who are not as careful with washing of hands and have more exposure in social settings have caught colds where sneezing and coughing are not always covered. This formula ensures no one else gets it. We all start taking it when someone falls ill and it always works! No one else gets sick!
