One of the best formulations at this price point

This daily multi-vitamin has one of the best complete formulations and composition available at this price point. The nutrients and active ingredients in this multi-vitamin are adequately balanced, in necessary quantities and it includes often forgotten micro-nutrients which are good for the health. It's easy to swallow, follows the 1-a-day principle (which many other brands will have you take 3 a day, hence reducing total quantity and size of portions). This is why I prefer this product which is clear, well formulated and decently priced.

Note that this version has no iodine which may be suitable for people with thyroid issues, but if you want iodine, look for the Men's or Women's versions. The box arrived intact, a relatively large bottle, the list of ingredients is written on the back of the bottle. The multivitamin contains bisglycinate forms of magnesium, zinc and more that are effectively absorbed by the body. The doses are good for daily use. High quality in terms of nutrients but comes in a relatively small amount of capsules compared to the price.
