I wanted to take apple cider vinegar on a regular basis. unfortunately I don't like taking the liquid form because of the taste and also how it affects my teeth. I was happy to find this supplement in gummy form. it's easier and the taste is good plus the health benefits are there

wow - IDK how they did it! 4 in 1 gut health in one single gummy!
Verified purchase
They managed to pack in 500 mg of ACV (standard amount for gummies) PLUS B vitamins, PLUS chromium, PLUS PRE biotic fruits (kiwi, Ppapaya, pomegranate) PLUS green tea extract, PLUS small amounts of probiotics into one single gummie. I got this bottle of 120 servings on "try it" for 9.99. Regardless of all of the extra super beneficial ingredients, it was well worth it alone just for the ACV. Force Factor is starting to fill up my supp cabinet for sure! And thank you Iherb for introducing this brand in the "try it" section - I am trying them all! They taste great BTW and at this price, I don't feel guilty taking 2 or 3 throughout the day.

Small dessert for afternoon craving

You can always add a spoon or two to consume apple cider vinegar, but it is hard to bring around a jar of vinegar around. I use these gummies as alternative, as a portable ACV. Then when you look at the ingredient, I often found out I am consuming more sugar than the intended ACV. Along with the other great quality ingredients, Force Factor, ProbioSlim stands out as it is sugar free. It still has a trace of sweetness and texture of a gummy, which helps with sudden cravings/ sugar spikes and gut health.
