I didn't have significant GI issues so mainly tiok this to hope assist with menopausal weight gain. Unfortunately I endured a couple of months of stomach pain, gas, diahrea, generally feeling blah AND wait for it weight GAIN. Finally worked out that it might be Probioslim so stopped taking it. GI issues gone weight returned to prior weight. so yeah, sorry not for me!
