I don't know if they actually work. The smell of them made me start gagging so badly I couldn't take them. The smell is that pungent, it permeated the skin on my hands and could be still smelt after using sanitiser.

I take this product about an hour before bed and while it does not help me to sleep I am more relaxed and don’t have as many thoughts racing through my head. I have only been taking it for a week, so maybe when I have been on it longer I may see more benefit.
