These are very large capsules, and instructions say to take 6 of them before breakfast. It honestly takes a full glass of water to take these. Did not notice any real difference when taking them, though the size and dosage meant I didn't really use them consistently.

It seems the ingredients are high quality, the dosage is a bit a lot at the begging, however, I followed the instructions and it brings me a lot of benefits. I have suffered from long time with my intestine, ulcers, pylori bacteria, and with this product and a good diet FOOD Map, changing habits as well I can feel releve and less pain, I will get the pylori test soon, hopefully I'll get better and no more pain or ulcers, thanks for this product I'll by another one until I get completely heal.
