Why the h#ll they add Vitamin-E (d-Alpha-Tocopherol form) and Calcium Carbonate ? Zinc gluconate ? These are suboptimal forms and not everyone need them, especially Alpha-Tocopherol . It would be much more clean formula with just electrolytes and nothing else.

Good Amounts, But Not Fast Acting

Good quality but the size is three tablets. I find that I only need to use one or two on long and hot days. I don’t use it often because by the time I think I’ll need it I’d rather drink an electrolyte drink and get fast acting relief than swallow these with plain water and wait 20 minutes to digest them. If it’s just a generally hot day or extended activity, I can plan. But, this isn’t really fitting into my training like I thought it would. I also don’t like all the additional vitamins. However, this isn’t bad & it’s the best of the pills. So, if you know you need to take daily & prefer just pills to avoid sugars, etc, this is a solid choice. Please give a thumbs up if this review helped you decide whether or not to buy this electrolyte pill.

These pills are magic, they deliver what they promise: hydration. They are very well composed to contain a good amount of potassium, which is very difficult to get at optimal amount under normal circumstances
