I am very satisfied with this one. 2 tabs a day, and I feel much better. I am focusing on dopamine and I feel the difference with this one. Will be buying in the future

while it is combined with other supplements (glucosamin, selenium) it is hard to tell if this is working but i do feel better since i take this combination of supplements. I am planning to try taking the sups separately for a while. wil ad more info then.

I took it for two days, and my stomach health improved. very good quality product. l-glutamine seems to be the best for intestinal health. The capsule size is a little big. It would be good to take it when training or working out
