Have been taking these 3mg melatonin by nature made along with with a L-theanine 200mg tablet for 2 years now - on Dr recommendation. Helps get good sleep that is hard with adhd. This is an excellent product and brand - it’s just a shame they stopped manufacturing the L-theanine combination with melatonin in a single tablet. Why did they do that??
