I have been taking these for a few months now and the do seem to be making a difference in energy and drive. I am taking other vitamins and supplements as well as eating right and exercising regularly too. They do not have a bad taste and they can be taken on an empty stomach.

I actually liked it especially that it covers the vitamins B complex too

So far so good. Haven't gotten any jittery effect from the supplements. Gives some boost to energy level .
