I'm trying the glynac (glycine and NAC) supplement to combat the ravages of aging. Being 70 years old and trying to work out as if I was still 35 can be tough. But using glynac seems to be working. As far as this product I have no complaints and I prefer using powder instead of pills whenever possible.

I wish this came in a glass container. Other than that it's great, no fillers, only NAC, comes with a small measuring spoon. Easy to take, dissolves easily in water and tastes and smells a bit like sulphur (normal, because that's what it is), but very easy to put in a capsule as well.
