I love this company. They use avacado oil and not olive oil. This sauce makes really great enchiladas. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because it is a little bit spicy. Spice level is very individual. I have learned to mix half of this sauce with something not spicy and then the heat level is just right.

It is really good to mix with chicken wings, I always add black pepper and garlic powder to make the taste more spicy :) The only bad thing is once you open it, you need to consume it quick as it said on the package.
