PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), otherwise known as vitamin B10 is a much neglected compound that is often left out or underdosed in b-complexes. It is a fantastic gut-tonic and is literally like miracle-gro for your gut microbiome. One potential downside is that PABA slows down the clearance of cortisol from the body, so something to watch out for, especially if other hormones are low. That's why I far prefer this dosage (100mg) to some of the higher doses out there. It also is purported to have positive effects on: Hair growth, UV protection, Mood & Immunity. Great stuff!
