Bad Reaction
I purchased this product for the relaxing benefits of magnesium and B6. I have previously taken magnesium with no issues as well as B6 and B complexes with no issues. However, this combo in Source Naturals Ultra-Mag made me have the most restless sleep ever! Every night! I would toss and turn and wake up with each turn doing this odd, involuntary stretch with my arms! It was the weirdest thing ever. I hoped it would resolve itself with continued use but it wouldn't stop. Once I discontinued use of this product all the symptoms went away! So much for saving money and how many supplements I take by combining these 2 in one. I had to give this bottle away and I am trying a new magnesium supplement.
