It's pretty good in pre-workout. It tastes like Mets grapefruit and impresses me. I don't feel much pumping, but I feel that my endurance has increased. I feel like I'm less likely to be short of breath. It's a modest amount of caffeine 200mg, so it's okay to train on weekdays. I want to repeat the deliciousness, but the high price is a bit of a bottleneck.
