Tried this product for the first time and i really liked it ! It is easy to swallow and one contains zinc and selenium together which makes it very convenient instead of taking 2 different pills(one for zinc and another one for selenium). It is lab tested for quality and purity and has no gluten, sugar,corn, soy ,dairy products , artificial flavouring or preservatives. The formula has high concentrations for zinc and selenium. I saw the difference in my hair and nails as well. My hair became healthier and thicker. Will buy again. Thumbs up if you find my review helpful👍🏻.

Love these, combined so dont have to take 2 tablets, and the capsules are really small so very easy to swallow. Am taking for Hashimotos; scientific studies found that taking Zinc and selenium at these doses have lowered antibodies so I intend to take these for at least 3 months and see. Apparently you may feel a difference in 3-5 days - Im on day 50 and dont notice any effect, which isnt to say there isnt any just none felt for me, I am very resistant to placebo. Blood tests will show if they have any real results and I will update.
