mmmm really good. I love quinoa already cooked like this. Just heat for 1 minute, let sit 15 seconds, then tear open the bag & eat it right out of the package with a spoon. I added a little sea salt cause it was kind of bland but good. The lentils made it different yet still good.

As a professor, there are points throughout the semester (and especially at the end of a semester) that are so busy with grading and planning and teaching, that I need quick, healthy meal options at home.
