mmmm really good. I love quinoa already cooked like this. Just heat for 1 minute, let sit 15 seconds, then tear open the bag & eat it right out of the package with a spoon. I added a little sea salt cause it was kind of bland but good. The lentils made it different yet still good.

I really love this stuff. The quality and ingredients and flavor are great. As a professor, there are points throughout the semester (and especially at the end of a semester) that are so busy with grading and planning and teaching, that I need quick, healthy meal options at home. I like to grab one of these packages, add half a can of skipjack tuna and some veggies, add some aminos/soy sauce and some herbs/spices and voila! A super quick, very healthy meal to keep me and my brain going through the busy times. I keep buying more packages every time I order from iHerb. To me, this has become a pantry staple.

Good quality blend to get ample of nutrients. Quinoa has protein and brown rice is ofcourse better than white, I believe. Lentils are good source of fiber so this quick rice has 8 grams of protein and tastes pretty good. Best thing is it is super quick with good price.

Tried for the first time- definitely a time saver in those days you just dont have time to cook. The flavor is alao good and most importantly- i prepare those (brown rice, lentils , quinoa)from scratch anyway, so it makea it so helpful to get those packages!
