I am taking 2 tablets every after meal, a total of 6 tablets in a day. This vitamin is loaded with collagen and d3 as well as vitamin K2. As we aged, we need to have a good vitamins for our bones. d3 and k2 keeps my feet worm n tolerant to cold water and weather. the collagen not strong enough to glow my skin, only clear. overall i am satisfied. update, after around 3 week of routine 2000mcg perday of this brand, my feet start getting cold easy. the previous brand I use with only 1000mcg perday is cheaper and had better absorption (cause it keep my feet and body warm in cold temperature). more expensive doesn't always means better
